About Paul Robinson Solicitors LLP
Solicitors in Westcliff, Essex
The firm was established in 1983 by Paul Robinson who had
previously been a partner in a three partner practice in Wickford, Essex.
At that time the firm occupied only a small part of The Old Bank at
470 London Road (which had formerly been the property of Midland
Bank PLC as it was then known) and comprised Paul Robinson, a
personal assistant, an articled clerk, two secretaries and an
accounts manager. The firm now occupies the whole of The Old Bank together
with additional premises located in close proximity to the Old Bank offering
where necessary or appropriate alternative meeting facilities for our clients.
The firm consists of eight partners and seventy staff.
We are one of the largest firms in the Southend / Westcliff area, offering a full range of
legal services. We have departments covering the following areas
of law: residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing,
commercial and civil litigation, matrimonial, criminal, personal
injury, employment, business law, debt recovery, corporate work
generally and wills and estates.
We are located in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, along the main London Road
and near to several rail stations. Our main building is the Old Bank,
a landmark building which is easy to find.
We recruit employees of a very high standard and ensure that all
employees have the training and development that they need in
order to carry out their job to the highest possible standard.
The Firm has been awarded two quality standards. The first, Lexcel,
is the Law Society's practice management quality mark and Paul
Robinson is one of only 2 firm's in the Southend area to have been
awarded this standard. We have also been formally recognised as
an Investor in People, a standard which helps organisations to
improve performance and realise objectives through the
management and development of their people. We hope that this
enables us to attract the best quality job applicants. We believe that
gaining and retaining these awards has helped the firm to improve
customer satisfaction and to gain a competitive edge and to attract
high quality clientele.
We hold a Community Legal Service (CLS) franchise in family and
criminal law to ensure we can provide advice to those who need it
and meet the criteria of the CLS.
