Chris worked at Lloyds TSB whilst studying for his law degree in London. After obtaining his degree, Chris completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London. Chris then joined the Legal Practice Clerks in Fleet Street, which is a firm providing advocacy services at County Courts nationwide. Chris qualified with Paul Robinson in 2005 and works within the Family Department.

Chris was certified as a Member of the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme in August 2009.
