Wendy joined the practise in 1993 as a trainee solicitor having undertaken both a law degree and Law Society Finals in Leicester. 

Following qualification as a solicitor in 1995 Wendy settled in the conveyancing department initially dealing with residential conveyancing. During her time within the department Wendy has enjoyed developing her work base and now enjoys a mixture of residential conveyancing and commercial property transactions (including both freehold and leasehold work) and transfers of businesses. 

She also enjoys acting for local property developers in site acquisitions, the setting up of the development and ultimate sales on. Wendy became a partner in 1999.
