The department offers a broadly-based team of property lawyers with a detailed understanding of the needs of commercial property clients and we have the resources to deal with large amounts of commercial work, regardless of the complexity and time constraints likely to be involved. We have expertise in all areas of commercial property law. As well as representing developers and builders both large and small on housing developments of varying sizes, we can also assist with options, joint ventures, factory,office and shop developments, licensing arrangements and general commercial property work.

We have a team dedicated to dispute resolution ranging from small claims to large commercial disputes with a special emphasis on construction and building related matters.

The firm also covers a wide range of landlord and tenant work involving both residential and business tenancies. We deal with licences, tenancy agreements and business leases and can advise on dealing with landlord and tenant disputes.
