David Manda

David joined Paul Robinson Solicitors LLP in November 2006 as a trainee solicitor having previously worked for a London law firm as litigation paralegal for over a year. David qualified in the commercial/litigation department in November 2008.

His work consists mainly of company/commercial work including drafting Share Sale Purchase Agreements, Asset Sale/Purchase Agreements and Partnership Agreements. With his commercial knowledge he also deals with a variety of commercial disputes.

In addition, David deals with debt recovery actions from the issuing of proceedings through to enforcement of Judgments. His work involves claims against both individuals and companies in the County Court and/or issuing Statutory Demands. David is available to take urgent instructions regarding any such actions and turns this work around quickly.
