Debt Recovery Services

We have a busy and established Debt collection Department which carries out work ranging from claims through the Small Claims Court to claims in the High Court.

We are able to deal with matters from the sending of a letter before action to instigating proceedings in cases and then, if necessary, enforcing any Judgment debt obtained.

In the case of straightforward debt matters and in cases where a letter before action has already been sent, we aim to issue the claim form within two days of receiving instructions and the relevant Court fee from our Client.
