It is always our aim to resolve the matter, as quickly as possible provided we can obtain a satisfactory level of compensation for our client, failing which we have considerable experience in issuing proceedings, going to trial and leading the client through the court process. We endeavour to make this course of action as stress free as possible for clients.

We understand that due to injuries sustained it is not always possible for clients to attend our offices and in such cases we can arrange for home visits when necessary.
