Litigation Executive
Polly Plant originally worked in the hotel and leisure industry and then in the Southend County Court, qualifying in 1994 as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Polly has worked in local solicitors concentrating on civil litigation, Wills and probate. Polly joined Paul Robinsons in September 2000 and now specialises in employment law, having particular experience in drafting and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, advising on disability discrimination, harassment, the effects on employers and employees when a business transfers and issues teachers encounter when faced with disciplinary proceedings. We also have Legal Aid franchise for employment law. Polly also advises on all contentious probate matters and has had a successful decision recorded as a case authority in the Chancery Division.
