Legal Recruitment Process

Trainee Solicitors/Fee Earners 
The first interview will be conducted by the Practice Manager and a Partner. This will usually last half an hour to an hour and will consist of a verbal interview. The second interview will consist of a practical exercise, followed by an interview with another Partner and the Senior Partner. If applicable, there may be a final stage based on a trial day at the firm. 

Secretarial/Administration 
The first interview will be conducted by the Practice Manager and/or the relevant department manager. This will usually last half an hour to an hour and will consist of a verbal interview. The second interview will consist of a practical exercise, followed by an interview with the fee-earner/department manager or Partner, depending on the role applied for. If applicable, there may a final stage based on a trial day at the firm.

Senior Solicitors 
We are an expanding firm and are keen to continue and develop this trend. To this end we are always interested to hear from talented solicitors who through their ability and contacts can assist the firm in this process. 

Full time Secretarial Staff 
If you are an exceptional legal secretary who is looking to develop your secretarial career, then we would be interested to hear from you. Vacancies often arise as a result of the firm's expansion. 

Casual Secretarial Staff
