We have a specialist Care Team, who will advise you on all aspects of the law when Social Services become involved with you and your family.  We are a Law Society Children Panel Member.

We will listen to you, be supportive, and provide you with advice you know you can trust, seeing you through the most challenging and difficult times.

We will work with you to achieve the best outcome for you and your family and we will make sure that you understand the process in order for you to make informed decisions.

We represent children, parents, Guardians, grandparents and other family members.

We attend Child Protection Meetings, represent you at Legal Planning Meetings and if the Local Authority issue a Court Application to remove your children, represent you at Court.

In most cases Legal Aid will be automatically available.
